The Inter-Academic Athletic League released the All-League Wrestling teams for the 2023-2024 season. Highlighting the list was Malvern Prep senior, Jack Consiglio who was named the league's Most Valuable Wrestler. Consiglio is a two time league Most Valuable Wrestler and a three time All-League selection.
